Yacht Marina and Resort development investment in Maldives

Yacht Marina is the proposed development of a yacht marina and two resorts located in the Kaafu Atoll lagoon on the western rim of North Male’ Atoll, the capital of the Maldives and about 25km from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. The proposed project involves the development of a yacht marina with resort facilities. These facilities will be established on water and on reclaimed land. Two separate islands will be reclaimed on the lagoon, one island being 26 hectare (Island A) and the other 15 hectare (Island B). The two resorts can be developed as individual resorts with their own utilities and service facilities, with the marina on Island A. The 26 hectare island will have 92 units of guest rooms and the 15 hectare island 84 units, including over water villas, beach villas and pavilions. We are the official partner for DMG in Maldives.
